Delinquent storage unit auction at Acorn Mini Storage September 29th, 2026 at 5:00PM Live, in-person, auction with no online bidding PURSUANT TO THE CODE OF VIRGINIA TITLE 55-416, THE SELF SERVICE STORAGE ACT THE UNDERSIGNED WILL SELL ON THE PREMISES CONTENTS OF SEVERAL STORAGE UNITS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING  UNIT NUMBERS: AND OTHER OVERDUE UNITS.   ALL UNITS SOLD AS COMPLETE UNITS TERMS - CASH.   ALL UNITS SUBJECT TO REDEMPTION PRIOR TO AUCTION.   LIEN HOLDER WILL SELL ALL UNITS AS COMPLETE UNITS. A $50.00 REFUNDABLE  CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED ON EACH UNIT FROM ALL PURCHASERS.  Buyer has 48 hours to remove the items from the purchased storage unit(s). Cleaning deposits will be refunded upon inspection from Acorn Mini Storage staff. Sales Tax: VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout. Payment: CASH ONLY.  Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the storage units. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly.   Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold.
