***Online Only Auction*** Auction Location: 755 Fletchers Level Road, Amherst VA, 24521 Preview Items: Friday, April 21st from 9AM-5PM Auction Time: Live auction begins at 9:00AM with online bidding ending in conjunction with the live auction. Pick up items: Saturday, April 22 immediately following the live auction until 6:00PM or on Monday by appointment. All items must be paid for by 5:00 April 22nd. Clifford Ruritan Club is hosting a consignment auction as a fundraiser for their club. We're accepting farm equipment, construction equipment, tools, cars, trucks, trailers, 4 wheelers, UTV's, motorcycles, campers, mowers, tillers, lumber, building materials, or anything similar to these items. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout. Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 5:00 ON 4/22/23 OR YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks clear. Pickup: Pickup immediately following the auction on Saturday, April 22nd until 6:00 or by appointment on Monday 4/24. There will not be any help to remove items on Sunday. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears. Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final. Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items. If a seller bids on their items they are treated as a buyer as well as a seller and commission plus buyers premium applies along with commission rates. Liability: View and bid at your own risk.
